A Cygnet man is facing a rape charge in Wood County. The Sentinel-Tribune reports the grand jury recently indicted 25-year-old Alan Hoffman on a count of rape and a count of sexual battery. The indictment says the victim in the case, “was unaware that the act was being committed.”
