An Amber Alert in Fulton County has been canceled. Media partner WTOL 11 reports officials found 10-month-old Winston Ramey safe. Authorities say 27-year-old James Christopher Ramey shot and killed the boy’s mother in Delta Ohio early this morning. James Ramey is in custody.

The incident happened in Fulton County around 5 a.m. today.
